Used Chris’s handwriting to create the logo font, showcasing the homemade-with-love quality.
Curated a warm and saturated color palette, based around a hunger-inducing and attention-grabbing red.
Created cute, sometimes silly illustrations to make a usually fancy dessert approachable and fun.
Stand out from other macaron bakers
Bold fonts, fun illustrations, and saturated colors create a more down-to-earth and bright brand personality, contrasting the usual fancy, delicate, French themed pastel branding.
Incorporate a mama bear & 3 baby bears, macarons, and flowers
With so many elements requested for the logo, we created a full illustrated version that can be used when space allows. We also made simplified one-line and stacked versions of “Mama Bear Macs”.
Flowers, macarons, and bears are also used throughout as illustration elements.
